As an Expert Witness and Consultant, she will assist counsel in litigation and pre-litigation matters dealing with CPA professional standards, specifically income tax related cases. She will provide litigation support services including analysis, conclusions, expert witness reports, mediation, deposition and testifying. She is particularly adept at explaining complex tax issues to attorneys, mediators, and insurance personnel with limited income tax knowledge.
